We can re-ship and refund seed orders and have a "no-questions-asked" order cancellation policy, as long as the seeds have not been shipped. We do not have a blanket "refund/return policy".

Consulting fees are not refundable due to the time and effort required to provide this service. We offer to charge the consulting fees on an installment basis as the project progresses and meets each of our predetermined and agreed upon goals.
